What we collect

• What you send us in a form: your name, email, and anything else you choose to fill in, such as phone, budget or niche.
• How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or a tagged link, the campaign details in that link, such as the source, campaign name and Google click ID.
• Basic technical details: the IP address, approximate country and browser type of a form submission, used to stop spam and abuse.
• Analytics: when analytics is switched on, Google Analytics and Google Ads record how visitors use the site and whether an ad led to an inquiry. Google's own privacy policy applies to that data.

How we use it

To reply to you, to follow up about a store you asked about, and to see which pages and ads are useful. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored securely with Amazon Web Services in the United States and emailed to our team.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries while we're in contact with you and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. Ask us and we'll delete them.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, reply to any email from us, or send the request through the contact form with "privacy request" in the message. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date on this page.
